How Passport Photo Maker works

The background is replaced on your device with an AI segmentation model (ONNX Runtime). The face is found with the browser face detector when available, or estimated from the person cut-out, and the photo is scaled so the head height matches the official range for the chosen document. You can fine-tune by dragging, then export a 300 DPI photo or a print sheet.
