PDF to PowerPoint

Turn each PDF page into a slide in a PPTX deck.

Free, no uploads, no sign-up. Runs 100% in your browser.

How PDF to PowerPoint works

PDF to PowerPoint runs entirely in your browser. Turn each PDF page into a slide in a PPTX deck. Under the hood it uses pdf-lib (a pure-JavaScript library that creates and edits PDF structure (pages, text, images, forms)), PDF.js (Mozilla’s PDF renderer, used for thumbnails, previews and text extraction (runs in a Web Worker)) and PptxGenJS (generates PowerPoint (.pptx) decks in the browser). Your files are read into this tab’s memory, processed on your own CPU, and handed back to you as a download. Nothing is sent to a server.

How to use PDF to PowerPoint

  1. Open PDF to PowerPoint and add your source file (or paste content where offered).
  2. Adjust page size, quality or layout options in the side panel.
  3. Check the live preview.
  4. Convert and download the result.

Tips

  • Conversions run entirely in your tab, so very large files depend on your device’s memory.
  • For best fidelity, start from the original digital file rather than a scan.

PDF to PowerPoint FAQ

Are my files uploaded?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser tab. Files are read from your disk into memory and the result is generated locally.
Is it free? Are there limits or watermarks?
Free and open source (MIT). There are no file-size caps, daily quotas, accounts or watermarks.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once the page (and any engine it needs) has loaded, it keeps working without a connection thanks to the service worker cache.
