How Data Format Converter works

Your data is parsed into a plain object with open-source parsers (js-yaml, fast-xml-parser, smol-toml, ini, Papa Parse, @msgpack/msgpack, cbor-x and bson) and written back out in the format you pick. Nested objects are flattened to dotted column names for CSV and rebuilt when you convert back.

Does it work offline?

Yes, once the page (and any engine it needs) has loaded, it keeps working without a connection thanks to the service worker cache.
